1. Nature of Digital Products
All products offered on Digimart (including but not limited to Zoom Pro 14-Day, 28-Day, Premium, and Ultra Plans) are **intangible digital goods**. Once an order is processed, a unique digital software license or account activation link is generated specifically for you. Because digital licenses cannot be "returned" or "inactivated" to their original state once exposed, **all successful activations are final and non-returnable**.
2. Replacement & Technical Issues
Your satisfaction and seamless operation are our priorities. We guarantee assistance under the following terms:
- Activation Issues: In the rare event that your issued Zoom Pro account or workflow link fails to activate properly upon initial delivery, you must report it to our technical support team within **24 hours** of purchase.
- Instant Fix or Replacement: If our team verifies a legitimate system or licensing error on our end, we will instantly fix the issue or issue a brand-new replacement license link at zero additional cost.
3. Refund Eligibility Windows
A monetary refund may be considered strictly under the following exceptional circumstances:
- ✔ Non-Delivery: If an order is paid for, but due to an unexpected technical issue on our server, we fail to deliver or activate your account credentials within **48 hours**, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
- ✔ Unresolvable Technical Glitches: If an account experiences an internal server issue that our 24/7 technical team cannot resolve within 48 hours of you reporting it, a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused days will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Digimart cannot grant refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

- ✘ Personal ISP/Internet connectivity drops, power cuts, or device incompatibility on the customer's end.
- ✘ Any account suspensions resulting from the customer violating Zoom's official Terms of Service or engaging in unauthorized mass credential sharing.
