Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 29, 2026
Welcome to Digimart. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our premium digital services, Zoom Pro packages, and workflow automation licenses.
By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with purchasing any digital products or services from Digimart.
1. Use of Digital Services & Licenses
When you purchase a premium digital asset or Zoom Pro account from Digimart, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the service for its designated duration:
- Authorized Personal/Corporate Use: Each issued software account or credential link is restricted to the specific user or entity that completed the transaction.
- Strict No-Sharing Policy: You must not redistribute, sell, sub-license, or share your provided account login credentials or API keys with unauthorized external third parties. Detecting mass sharing will result in an immediate automated suspension of the account with no refund eligibility.
2. Orders, Payments & Renewals
All online orders placed through our website are secured and authenticated. Payment must be cleared through our designated secure payment processors before order dispatch. For our continuous plans (such as the Zoom Pro Ultra Plan), account renewal protocols must be processed before the exact end of the 28-day cycle to ensure the structural persistence of your meeting links and setup. Digimart is not liable for data adjustments if a renewal is completed after the operational deadline.
3. Automation Workflows & Webhooks
Our smart workflow automations (including cloud recording deliveries via WhatsApp) rely on official external communication network infrastructures. While Digimart maintains state-of-the-art backup engines to ensure 99.9% script execution uptime, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected API delays, global system updates from Zoom/WhatsApp, or internet routing drops happening entirely outside of our system cloud.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digimart, its developers, or its team members shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential operational disruptions, including but not limited to, local electrical grid failures, ISP blackouts, or local machine hardware failures happening on the client's end during virtual operations.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the **Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka**. Any legal discrepancies, complaints, or compliance audits relating to transactions or agreements made via Digimart shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Sri Lanka.
